Bless Community Services (BCS) is the community outreach ministry of the Church, reaching out to the youths in neighbouring schools, helping the elderly in the community and strengthening family life.

Broadly, the objectives of BCS are:

1. To provide or facilitate the provision of social and/or medical services to support the well-being of children, youth, adults, elderly and families through activities such as drop-in center, tuition, counselling, seminars, health checks, mentoring, etc.

2. To consider possible partnerships with government, private bodies or other welfare or religious agencies to provide support, programmes, training or assistance to help meet physical, social, financial or emotional needs or development of children, youths, adults, the elderly and families.

3. To work with schools to provide school-based counselling, mentoring and youth development programs and activities.

We thank God for some work that has begun in Xin Min Secondary School and for our upcoming St. Luke’s Eldercare Centre in Serangoon that will be ready in early 2010.
